Throughout the last twenty years at BumbleBar, our workplace culture has become more and more diverse. And we love it! There are many benefits to having a diverse work environment, including elimination of discrimination through promotion of a safe work culture.
Our team consists of women and men of all ages and backgrounds!
Currently, we’re working on revamping our training videos so that BumbleBar’s human resources team may provide them in multiple languages.
Looking around the production floor and facility office, we noticed a trend; almost all of our BumbleBar team members have tattoos! The large number of tattooed employees may simply be a testament to the modern times, but we’re convinced it’s because our company is overflowing with creative, unconventional, and innovative minds! We asked staff to share their personal tattoo stories with us – let’s see what they had to say!
Dianne wakes up every morning around 4:00 AM and prepares for her 10+ hour shift with determination in her eyes and pep in her step. She never complains, is always on time, and is the first to volunteer for extra shifts. BumbleBar’s lead baker Dianne is celebrating her 3 year employee anniversary and we couldn’t be more appreciative of the work that she’s done and continuing to do. We’ve asked her to sit down with us and answer a few questions about her 3-year journey and counting. Let’s see what she had to say!
